K-12 School Group Tours

Guided and Self-Guided Visits for K-12 Students

The Rubin is a place for curious minds。 Our K-12 tours will help your students’ develop critical thinking skills and visual literacy while sparking interest in the people and places in the world around them。 Tours are led by trained museum educators and docents, who encourage students to ask questions to connect with the art and each other。 These learner-centered tours can build upon your school’s existing curriculum as well as Common Core State Standards。

We also offer self-guided visits to high school groups, as an exciting way to enhance your curriculum and expand student learning。 Self-guided visits allow groups to be more flexible and meander through the Museum at their own pace。

To help us tailor a program for your students’ needs, simply fill out the K-12 School Group Reservation Form.
